Are your perfumes original?
Our perfumes are sourced from independent distributors across Europe. We work with different merchants for different perfume brands. Ci Fragrance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or directly connected to the brands sold on our platform.
How many days does delivery take?
Orders are sorted and processed in batches within 7–10 business days to ensure accurate fulfilment.
Once processing is complete, you will receive a dispatch email stating “Your order is on its way to you.”.
From that point, delivery typically takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location and the GIGL shipping option selected at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the delicate nature of perfumes and factors beyond our control once the product is in your possession, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders you placed and received.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the multiple stages of handling and delivery each perfume goes through before becoming available for local shipping. However, if a perfume arrives with leakage or damage, we will compensate by sending a replacement after confirmation and processing of our insurance claim with logistics provider that is responsible.
Are your perfumes copy perfumes?
The term “copy” can mean different things. Unless a perfume is sourced directly from a brand or fragrance house, no absolute guarantees can be made. Our perfumes come from independent distributors and are chosen for consistent quality and strong customer feedback. Our pricing reflects that quality.
Do you offer payment on delivery?
No. We operate as an online store working with multiple merchants across different currencies, with prices listed in Naira. Merchants release stock only after payment is confirmed, so payment on delivery is not available.
Can I come pick up my order from you?
No. We are an online store with no physical locations. All locally available perfumes are delivered from Abuja, and we do not offer walk-in pickups.
What's the difference between testers and the ones that does not have testers written on the body?
Testers on our platform may not provide the same longevity or depth as non-testers. They come in their own tester boxes, which are not sealed, unlike non-testers that are mostly fully packaged and sealed. Except for certain brands like Bvlgari le gemme that are not sealed.
Do you have a phone number I. can call?
You can reach out to us via WhatsApp using the number listed in our Telegram channel. A customer support representative will respond within 1-2 business day to questions about tracking your order, report about your order. mishandled by the logistics, wholesale purchases and availability of perfumes not listed on the website.
